Harris accepts returns on single chair orders only.*
The return request must be made within 30 days of original receipt. Any return must first
be approved by Harris WorkSystems and a Return Authorization Number must be
issued before you ship your return.To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please call 1-(800)-577-4797or (503)-643-3018.
Your item must be shipped in like-new condition and in its original factory packaging. A fee will be deducted from the reimbursement for any item that does not meet this criteria. A flat 25% restocking fee plus freight costs must be paid in full for
all returned items.*Harris WorkSystems does not accept returns on: Any sit-to-stand equipment including any height adjustable desks/tables, TaskMate products, OneTouch products, any accessories including monitor arms, keyboard trays, anti-fatigue mats, mice, footrests, lighting, storage, filing cabinets, any sale items, desks or tables.
